beautiful and historic property that includes an elegant
recovery house and nearly
one acre of formal Japanese gardens. Our tranquil setting
and supportive community provide the perfect place
for women recovering from the trauma of substance abuse
and addiction.
Our
Recovery House Our main lodge can accommodate up to 11 women
and features a large fully equipped kitchen, four and
one-half baths, spacious living and dining areas, an
expansive rocking chair porch overlooking the gardens,
and a garden-view multipurpose room that is used for
our relapse-prevention and life-skills classes, house
meetings and movie nights.
Our
Japanese Gardens Next Step Recovery House for Women is situated on nearly
one acre of formal Japanese gardens that feature a waterfall,
koi pond, tea house, quiet walking paths and numerous
outdoor seating and meditation areas. Our cottage also
has a working garden that is designed and cultivated
by our residents.
The Greater
Asheville Area Next Step Recovery House for Women is located in Weaverville,
nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina,
just 15 minutes north of Asheville. With its unique blend
of urban culture, small-town charm and beautiful mountains,
